The built-in self-locking function enhances operational safety by ensuring that the machine remains stationary unless both power and throttle are engaged. This design effectively prevents unintended sliding during operation, allowing for safer work on challenging terrains.

With a high reduction ratio, the worm gear reducer significantly amplifies the torque generated by the servo motors, delivering immense output torque for steep climbs. Additionally, even in a power-off state, the friction between the worm and gear guarantees mechanical self-locking, preventing the machine from rolling downhill. This feature ensures consistent performance and safety while working on slopes.

The intelligent servo controller in our mulchers precisely regulates motor speed and synchronizes the left and right tracks. This technology allows the mower to navigate in a straight line without frequent remote adjustments, thereby reducing operator workload. It also minimizes the risks associated with overcorrection on steep slopes, making it easier to handle challenging environments.
