The innovative design of our forestry mulcher includes powerful dual 48V 1500W servo motors. These motors provide exceptional climbing capabilities, making them ideal for challenging terrains. The built-in self-locking function ensures that the machine remains stationary without throttle input, enhancing operational safety and preventing unintended movements during operation.

Equipped with a high reduction ratio worm gear reducer, our mulcher multiplies the torque generated by the servo motors, delivering immense output torque for climbing resistance. Furthermore, in the event of a power loss, the friction between the worm and gear provides mechanical self-locking, ensuring the machine does not slide downhill. This feature is crucial for maintaining safety and consistent performance while working on slopes.

The intelligent servo controller integrated into our machines precisely regulates motor speed and synchronizes the left and right tracks. This technology allows the mower to maintain a straight path without requiring constant adjustments from the operator, significantly reducing the workload and minimizing risks associated with overcorrection on steep inclines.

Compared to many competing models utilizing 24V systems, our MTSK1000 stands out with its efficient 48V power configuration. This higher voltage reduces current flow and heat generation, enabling longer continuous operation while mitigating overheating risks. As a result, our mulcher maintains stable performance even during extensive slope mowing tasks.

Designed for versatility, our machines come equipped with electric hydraulic push rods that allow for remote height adjustment of attachments.
