The MTSK1000 is equipped with a V-type twin-cylinder gasoline engine, specifically the Loncin brand, model LC2V80FD. This powerful engine delivers a rated power of 18 kW at 3600 rpm, ensuring strong performance for various lawn care tasks. The 764cc gasoline engine is engineered for efficiency, and it features a clutch that engages only at predetermined rotation speeds, optimizing operational control.
Our engines are complemented by two 48V 1500W servo motors, providing robust power for uphill operations. The built-in self-locking function ensures that the machine remains stationary unless both power is on and throttle is applied. This design significantly enhances operational safety, preventing unintended movements during use.
The MTSK1000 utilizes a high reduction ratio worm gear reducer that multiplies the torque generated by the servo motors. This feature allows for immense output torque, making it highly effective for climbing resistance. Additionally, the mechanical self-locking capability prevents the machine from sliding downhill during power loss, ensuring safety and reliability even on steep terrain.
An intelligent servo controller regulates motor speed with precision, synchronizing left and right tracks for smooth and straight travel. This reduces the need for constant remote adjustments, easing the operator’s workload while minimizing risks associated with overcorrection on slopes. Compared to many competing models, the MTSK1000’s 48V system offers advantages like reduced current flow and heat generation, promoting longer continuous operation without overheating.
Our machines also come equipped with electric hydraulic push rods, allowing for remote height adjustment of attachments. The MTSK1000 is designed for versatility, featuring interchangeable front attachments such as a 1000mm-wide flail mower, hammer flail, forest mulcher, angle snow plow, and snow brush. This adaptability makes it ideal for heavy-duty grass cutting, shrub clearing, vegetation management, and snow removal, delivering outstanding performance even in demanding conditions.
