The machines we produce are powered by a state-of-the-art V-type twin-cylinder gasoline engine, specifically the Loncin brand model LC2V80FD. This robust engine features a 2-cylinder, 4-stroke design with forced air cooling and an overhead valve (OHV) configuration, offering a rated power of 18 kW at 3600 rpm. The impressive 764cc gasoline engine ensures strong performance output, making it suitable for various mowing tasks.
Equipped with two 48V 1500W servo motors, our compact remotely controlled slasher mower delivers powerful performance, particularly when it comes to climbing inclines. A built-in self-locking function guarantees that the machine only operates when both power is activated and throttle is applied, preventing unintended movement and significantly enhancing operational safety.
The high reduction ratio worm gear reducer amplifies the already substantial torque generated by the servo motors, enabling the machine to tackle steep slopes with ease. Additionally, the mechanical self-locking feature between the worm and gear prevents any risk of sliding downhill during power loss, ensuring consistent and safe performance.
Our intelligent servo controller plays a crucial role in regulating motor speed and synchronizing the left and right tracks, allowing for smooth operation without constant adjustments from the remote. This functionality not only reduces the operator’s workload but also minimizes potential risks associated with overcorrection on steep terrain.
Unlike many competing models that operate on 24V systems, our MTSK1000 utilizes a 48V power configuration. This higher voltage results in lower current flow and reduced heat generation, which enhances the machine’s reliability and allows for longer continuous operations without overheating, even during extensive slope mowing tasks.
Furthermore, our integrated 56V, 6kW generator provides a robust power reserve, ensuring that the machine can handle heavy loads and prolonged uphill operations while supplying reliable energy for both the drive motors and battery charging. The innovative design of the MTSK1000, along with its electric hydraulic push rods for remote height adjustment, makes it exceptionally versatile. It can be fitted with various front attachments, including a flail mower, hammer flail, forest mulcher, angle snow plow, or snow brush, making it ideal for diverse applications such as grass cutting, vegetation management, and snow removal.
