The machines are equipped with a V-type twin-cylinder gasoline engine, specifically the Loncin brand model LC2V80FD. This powerful engine features a robust 2-cylinder, 4-stroke design that provides strong performance with an output of 18 kW. Its overhead valve (OHV) configuration and forced air cooling system enhance efficiency and durability, making it perfect for demanding tasks.

One notable feature is the engine clutch that engages only when a predetermined RPM is reached. This allows for efficient power transfer from the engine’s output shaft to auxiliary equipment. During startup, the clutch disconnects the engine from the transmission system, preventing excessive strain and ensuring a smooth start. This design protects the engine from stalling under heavy load, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Our machines also incorporate two 48V 1500W servo motors, which provide impressive power and climbing capability. The built-in self-locking function guarantees that the machine only moves when both power is on and throttle is applied. This safety feature prevents unintended sliding, significantly improving operational safety during use.

With a high reduction ratio, the worm gear reducer multiplies the torque from the servo motors, delivering remarkable output torque for climbing resistance. In a power-off state, the mechanical self-locking between the worm and gear prevents the machine from sliding downhill, ensuring safety even during power loss. This innovative mechanism guarantees consistent performance on slopes.

The intelligent servo controller enhances user experience by precisely regulating motor speed and synchronizing left and right tracks. This allows the mower to maintain a straight line without constant adjustments, reducing the operator’s workload and minimizing risks associated with overcorrection, especially on steep inclines.

Designed for versatility, the MTSK1000 features interchangeable front attachments, including a 1000mm-wide flail mower, hammer flail, forest mulcher, angle snow plow, and snow brush.
